In honor of all the mothers out there (in whatever way you like to define that), we are offering discounted Ayurvedic treatments over Mother’s Day Weekend!
$60 for our 1 hour/90 min treatments (normally $108) and $120 for our 120 min treatments(normally $200)
1 Hr Treatments:
Shirodhara- Shiro means head. Dhara is to pour. Pouring warm herbal oils continuously over the forehead is Ayurveda’s best treatment for mental/emotional stress.
Marma- Marma means “hidden” and “vulnerable”. Marma points are the hidden gateways to the subtle life energy in our bodies(prana). Gentle stimulation of these points starts a cascade of beneficial effects in the mind and body. This is Ayurveda’s most restorative treatment
90 min Treatment
Abhyanga- A dance of warm oil over the entire body. In this full body oil massage, warm oil spread over the entire body with sweeping repetitive strokes. This is different from Swedish or Deep Tissue as it is more hypnotic for the mind and body. Body relaxes more and more, releasing deeply held tensions
2 Hr Treatments
Royal Treatment – combines Abhyanga with Shirodhara. This was the preferred treatment of the Queens of ancient India
Lotus Blossum- combines Abhyanga with Marma
Masks are required for all treatments
